Thank you for your interest in working with A Hope Center! Whenever possible, we seek to hire from within our dedicated team of volunteers. However, we do have 2 open positions for the start of 2026; Nursing and Development.
Staff Nurse- full-time, 32hrs per week, M-TH.
Must be a committed Christian, demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Total paid time off is 4 weeks.
- Must have a valid nursing license in the State of Indiana.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Willing to be training in limited first trimester ultrasounds.
- Willing to be trained as a charge nurse.
- Must float in this position, primarily in the Fort Wayne locations as well as the Columbia City location.
- Must be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision, working independently while being fully transparent.
- Maintain client confidentiality of PHI.
No holidays, with a gifted week off between Christmas and New Years. After 6 month of employement you are eligible to join the matching 401k retirement program. All full-time employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation time and 1 week of paid personal/sick time. Full-time employees eligible for additional benefits after 6 months of employment; Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
Director of Development Services- full-time, 40 hrs per week.
Must be a committed Christian, who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Total paid time off is 4 weeks.
- A degree in fundraising, event planning, marketing, development, psychology, or equivalent experience with training and current certification as CFRM, CFRE, or CFRL, with 10+ years of proven success, is ideal for this position.
- Professional, dependable, flexible, stable and capable of following through with commitments.
- Be able to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the organization and meet set goals.
- Exhibit strong and intuitive skills in interpersonal communication, public speaking, writing, active listening, and effective media relations
- Computer skills, including knowledge of fund raising and development software (Bloomerang and Qgiv); internet software; spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Must be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision, working independently while being fully transparent.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, financial and donor/client information.
