We have three staff members who are CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician) certified! They have undergone intensive training to earn this certification, and they are competent in the installation or safety inspection of any child car seat. Having these trained staff members means that we can offer installation assistance or safety checks to our clients to ensure the maximum safety for each client’s child while riding in a car.
Our hope is to improve the overall health and safety of our clients and their children through education and material assistance. We are working to be able to provide clients with new car seats, install them, and teach clients how to use the child restraints on the car seat properly.
How you can help: We are in need of new car seats for our clients’ children. If you are interested in helping, you can buy and drop off a car seat at A Hope Center, donate online or by check with a memo about car seats, or use our Amazon Registry to buy and have a car seat delivered to our center.
